As you cannot come to us, we can coming to you in our new Virtual Outlander Tour of Scotland. Based on our Classic Outlander tour, it will come to you live, via Zoom. Enjoy the Outlander experience as if you were here in Scotland with us.

  1. Castle Leoch (Doune Castle)
  2. Blackness Castle (Fort William)
  3. Midhope (Lalllybroch)
  4. Culross (Cranesmuir)
  5. Linlithgow Palace (Wentworth Prison)

It will include chat, location videos (shot before Covid 19 coronavirus), quizzes and an opportunity to hang out with other Outlander friends.

Looking at the table, say you live in New York for instance and you’d like to book a tour during the week. Your options are 12 noon and 4 pm. To join the tour at 4pm in New York , book the 9pm tour in the booking calendar.

How to join the virtual tour

The tour will be delivered via Zoom, so make sure you download it in advance. You will be sent a link to enter the meeting 1 hr before your tour starts.

Took a 'virtual Outlander tour' with Anne & Emma this week, re-visiting locations I saw with them last year. Great to get some additional tidbits of information about these locations.

Made me emotional to be able to see all that right from my home

Was hoping to go to Scotland in the fall but with the pandemic, travel is on halt. However, Mary's Meanders came up with the wonderful idea of doing virtual tours. I was on their first one and it was amazing to see all those locations and to get Emma's commentaries and stories about the sites. It even made me emotional to be able to see all that right from my home at this time of confinement. Thank you very much to Mary's Meanders and look forward to meeting you in person soon.

Lovely way to spend an hour and escape for a while

Due to the current situation our planned tour with Mary's had to be postponed. Today several friends and myself joined Emma on a virtual Outlander tour. I have to credit the ladies for coming up with this idea and can highly recommend the experience. The tour takes in some well known Outlander locations and Emma is so knowledgeable. Lovely way to spend an hour and escape for a while.
