Scottish Castles on Film Tours
Scotland’s ethereal castes and jaw-dropping scenery have provided the perfect backdrop for a number of films recently, including major blockbusters like Mary, Queen of Scots starring Saoirse Ronan and Margot Robbie, and the Outlaw King with Chris Pine as Robert the Bruce. Film buff or heritage fan, here’s your chance to discover ancient Scottish Castles that have been mesmerising as film locations on the silver screen, and that have stories to tell of battles, romance and adventure.
As our guest, you will be part of a small group – no more than 14 people per tour – so you can hear more as we tour. All our guides have an in-depth knowledge of local Scottish history and will entertain you with historical tales and stories from filming. Guides accompany you throughout – from car to castle – so that you are able to ask as many questions as you like on the tour.
