Gillebride MacMillian
Gillebride is one of the most distinguished Scottish Gaelic singers and educators. A native Scottish Gaelic speaker from the South Uist in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, Gillebride is a regular performer at music festivals in Scotland and thoroughout the world. He is also the Head of Celtic & Gaelic Studies at The University of Glasgowand he starred as ‘Gwyllyn the Bard’ in the SonyStarz TV adaptation of Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander. He also features in the forthcoming ‘Clanlands’ series with Outlander stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish. His talents range far and wide from singer, poet, actor, presenter, songwriter, translator and educator amongst many others!
Jenny Thomson – Courses for Cooks
Jenny loves to share her knowledge & passion for food, she hails from St Andrews, Fife and has been teaching classes for 9
years on subjects wide and varied, including traditional Scottish fayre as her
granny would have made.
